Where the date is: The deposit clause of your agreement. Commonly within 24 hours of acceptance, sometimes on waiver of conditions, occasionally in two instalments.

A condo move is booked rather than planned: an elevator slot, a loading dock, and a certificate of insurance from your mover before the building will confirm either.
None of it is yours to arrange. The corporation holds the roof, the grounds, the parking structure and the snow clearing, and bills you for them through the common expenses instead of asking you to book them. The part that is yours is its insurance deductible, which your own policy has to cover and which is in the immediate group.
